Privacy Policy — Nexus Trading Labs LLC

Nexus is a non-custodial trading terminal. We never hold your funds, private keys, or seed phrases.
Data we collect
- Wallet address — used as your account identifier.
- Device identifiers — for app functionality.
- Trade and deposit history — your trading activity within the app.
- Trading theses you publish — shown publicly in the community feed.
Data we store for you
Tied to your wallet address, on our servers:
- Private theses and notes — visible only to you once you sign with your wallet.
- Profile — the display name and picture you choose.
- Social activity — your comments, likes and follows.
- Phone alerts — if you turn them on, the push link for your device, so alerts reach it.
- Telegram — if you link it, your Telegram chat ID, so alerts reach you there.
Direct messages go over XMTP and are encrypted end to end. We don't store them.
Analytics
The trading engine comes from Orderly Network, and its software development kit (SDK) sends in-app trading events (for example, orders and deposits) to Amplitude. These events are tied to your wallet address and shared with Orderly. We have turned off automatic page-view and session tracking, and IP addresses are not stored with these events. Nothing is used for advertising.
AI assistant
- PRO hosted AI — your messages go through our server and Bankr’s AI gateway to Anthropic’s Claude models. We count your daily usage per model and do not keep your chat on our servers. Your chat history stays on your device.
- Your own key — your messages go directly from your device to the provider you chose (Anthropic or OpenAI). Your key is stored only on your device and never reaches our servers.
How we use it
To operate the app, execute your trades, and manage your account. We do not sell your data. We show no ads and run no advertising SDKs.
Data we share
Trade and deposit events are sent to Orderly Network, the onchain trading infrastructure that executes your orders. Analytics events go to Orderly via Amplitude (see Analytics). PRO AI chats go to Bankr and Anthropic (see AI assistant). Your published theses are visible to other users in the feed.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS).
Data deletion
To delete your data, email nexustradinglabs@proton.me with your wallet address. We’ll ask you to sign a short message with that wallet to prove it’s yours, then delete the data we store for you (private theses, notes, profile, comments, likes, follows, device links and Telegram link) within 30 days.
Some records can’t be deleted. Trades and deposits live on public blockchains. Published theses stay on the public record: they are graded, and their hashes are anchored on Arbitrum. Data held by Orderly or Amplitude follows their own policies.
